Sculpt & Strengthen is designed to build on everything you’ve learned in Reformer Method — adding more challenge, deeper core work, and targeted strength exercises to tone and sculpt your body.
This class focuses on controlled, focused movements that increase muscle endurance and strength while keeping form and technique front and centre. You’ll feel the challenge — but always with support.
We recommend this class once you’re confident in Reformer Method and ready to challenge your strength before progressing to Power Reformer.
Power Reformer is our most challenging class — designed for experienced clients who feel confident on the reformer and are ready to push their strength, control, and endurance to the next level.
This class moves at a stronger pace with advanced exercises focused on building power, increasing resistance, and testing your limits — all while maintaining form and precision.
Expect to feel challenged, accomplished, and stronger with every class. We recommend Power Reformer once you’re confident in Sculpt & Strengthen and ready for your next level of intensity.
Posture Reset is a specialty class designed for anyone wanting to fix poor posture, stand taller, and move with elegance.
If you find yourself slouching, rounding through your shoulders, or feeling hunched from daily life, this class helps you rebuild posture and restore balance. The focus is on creating length, opening up the body, and improving how you move and carry yourself — both in and out of class.
